Job summary

CarGuys Inc. in Monroe, NC seeks an experienced automotive general manager to lead dealership operations and drive sales performance. You will recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team while maintaining customer satisfaction and profitability.

The role focuses on overseeing new and used vehicle operations, forecasts for unit sales and gross profit, and ensuring exceptional CSI. Long-term stability and growth opportunities are available in a full-time, on-site position.
