Job summary

JCS Restoration is seeking experienced tradesmen for full-time interior restoration work across Inland Empire, Orange County, and North San Diego County. You will perform drywall repairs, baseboard and casing installations, cabinet fitting, interior door installs, plumbing trim, and flooring tasks on renovation projects.

We require 5 years of construction experience, a valid driver's license and a truck with tools. This in-person role emphasizes workmanship, reliability and client service.

Qualifications

• Experience with drywall repairs including patching, hanging, floating, and texture matching.
• Experience installing baseboards, door casings, trim, and molding.
• Interior door installation experience.
• Cabinet installation experience.
• Plumbing trim installation experience.
• Flooring experience.
• EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY! WE WILL NOT CONSIDER ANY RESUMES WITHOUT CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE LISTED
• Must have valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Must have a work truck/van with tools; ability to carry tools and materials.

Responsibilities

Skills

• Drywall and Painting: Experience with repairs to drywall - Must be able to patch, hang, float, and match texture
• Finish Work: Experience cutting and install baseboards, door casings, trim, and other types of molding
• Doors: Installation of interior doors
• Cabinets: Experience installing cabinets
• Plumbing Trim: Experience installing plumbing trim (toilets, water heaters, sinks, connecting appliances, disposal, dishwasher)
• Flooring: Some experience in flooring work
