Job summary

ServiceMaster DSI in Madison, Wisconsin is seeking a Lead Carpenter for year-round work with benefits. The role pays $25-$32 per hour and includes a daily vehicle stipend, six paid holidays, and PTO accrual.

You’ll remodel varying projects from patches and paint to complete home rebuilds, working with a capable team on construction phases. Overtime after 40 hours and double time after 60 hours apply, with opportunities for advancement.

The Position:

We are looking for full time skilled Tradesman with remodeling experience (Drywallers, Painters, Tile, Flooring, Carpenters, Mechanical). The more skills you have the more we can offer you. We work on anything from a small patch and paint to a complete home rebuild. With our consistent workload, great leaders and well-rounded team members, this is a highly sought-after opportunity for you to find a permanent home.

The pay range we are offering is $25-$32 an hour, along with a daily vehicle stipend for travel expenses, six major holidays are paid off and you will accrue PTO as you work. Overtime is paid at 40+ and Double time after 60+. We are a growing company and there are advancement opportunities. Tradesmen are only working on construction phases, not water mitigation.
