Job summary

ServiceMaster DSI is seeking a lead carpenter for year‑round, full-time work with benefits. The role offers a pay range of $22–$32 per hour, plus a daily vehicle stipend, six paid holidays, and accruing PTO. Overtime pays at 40+, double time after 60+.

Candidates should have remodeling experience, own tools, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. Prior restoration experience is a plus. We provide a stable workload with opportunities for advancement within a growing nationwide

$22To $32 Hourly, depending on experience and trade knowledge

The Position:

We are looking for full time skilled Tradesman with remodeling experience (Drywallers, Painters, Tile, Flooring, Carpenters, Mechanical). The more skills you have the more we can offer you. We work on anything from a small patch and paint to a complete home rebuild. With our consistent workload, great leaders and well-rounded team members, this is a highly sought-after opportunity for you to find a permanent home.

The pay range we are offering is $22-$32 an hour, along with a daily vehicle stipend for travel expenses. Six major holidays are paid off and you will accrue PTO as you work. Overtime is paid at 40+ and Double time after 60+. We are a growing company and there are advancement opportunities. Tradesmen are only working on construction phases, not water mitigation.
