Job summary

ServiceMaster DSI is hiring a Lead Carpenter for year-round work in Springfield, IL. The role covers remodeling tasks across drywall, painting, tile, flooring and carpentry with a reliable, skilled tradesperson who can bring tools and drive to site.

Salary ranges from $25 to $32 per hour, with a daily vehicle stipend, paid holidays, and PTO. Advancement opportunities exist within a growing nationwide contractor network and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Remodeling experience required.
• Strong communication skills and reliability.
• Must provide own basic tools and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform remodeling work across drywall, painting, tile, flooring and carpentry.
• Contribute to projects ranging from minor patch-ups to complete home rebuilds.
• Operate as part of a trades team on construction phases (not water mitigation).

Salary Range: $25To $32 Hourly, Negotiable

The Position: We are looking for a full time skilled Tradesman with remodeling experience (Drywallers, Painters, Tile, Flooring, Carpenters, Mechanical). The more skills you have the more we can offer you. We work on anything from a small patch and paint to a complete home rebuild. With our consistent workload, great leaders and well-rounded team members, this is a highly sought-after opportunity for you to find a permanent home.

The pay range we are offering is $25-$32 an hour, along with a daily vehicle stipend for travel expenses, six major holidays are paid off and you will accrue PTO as you work. Overtime is paid at 40+ and Double time after 60+. We are a growing company and there are advancement opportunities. Tradesmen are only working on construction phases, not water mitigation.
