Aerotek in Whitehall, PA is seeking a General Production Worker for a first-shift role. You'll learn manufacturing and machine operation and support production by moving, inspecting, and packaging materials.

Starting pay is $18.50 per hour with a Monday–Friday schedule from 4:30 AM to 1:00 PM. No prior RF welding experience required; training is provided to develop skills in blueprint reading, quality inspection, and safe operation of equipment.

Pay & Schedule

Pay: $18.50 per hour

Shift: Monday-Friday, 4:30 AM - 1:00 PM

What You'll Do

As a General Production Worker, you'll play an important role in keeping production running smoothly and efficiently by:

• Moving, preparing, cutting, inspecting, and packaging materials for production

• Assisting with machine operation and daily manufacturing workflows

• Learning to safely operate Radio Frequency (RF) welding equipment

• Reading and following blueprints, work instructions, and production specifications

• Monitoring production equipment and reporting any issues or abnormalities

• Performing quality checks to ensure products meet company standards

• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Supporting team members and helping meet daily production goals

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience

• Experience operating production machinery or equipment

• Exposure to welding equipment or RF machinery

• Blueprint reading experience

This is a Contract position based out of Whitehall, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
