Job Title: General Production Worker

Join our dynamic team as a General Production Worker, where you will play a crucial role in assisting on the fabrication and production line. Your responsibilities will include loading, feeding, and removing materials from machines, performing basic assembly tasks, cutting or trimming foam products, inspecting parts for quality and defects, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. You will follow safety and production guidelines to ensure efficient and safe operations.

Work Environment

The work environment includes a shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with two breaks, and employees are expected to arrive 5 minutes early for a mandatory 7:00 AM meeting. The first three weeks will involve extensive training, including shadowing and observing, based on individual learning speed. Employees may be required to stand for the entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs as needed. The role requires flexibility to work overtime and weekends if necessary.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Mansfield, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
