• Work independently at assigned stations, both standing and sitting throughout the day.

Essential Skills

• Experience with electronic assembly and soldering.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Possessing a solder certification is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Experience with pick and place equipment can lead to adjusted pay rates.

Work Environment

The work environment is a laid-back manufacturing setting with long rows and multiple work stations. Although relaxed, results are expected, and employees are trusted to perform their duties. Safety protocols include temperature checks at the beginning and towards the end of shifts. Shift times include a first shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM and a second shift from 3:45 PM to 12:15 AM, with the possibility of starting earlier at 5:30 AM. Overtime is common, with current schedules ranging from 50-60 hours per week.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of La Grange, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.40 - $15.40/hr.
