Aerotek is hiring an Entry-Level Solder Helper in Vista, CA for a 1st shift contract-to-hire role. You will assist with basic soldering and assembly tasks in a structured electronics manufacturing environment.

Ideal for candidates eager to learn soldering techniques, with attention to detail and reliable attendance. Working hours are 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, fully onsite.

Job Description

This entry-level Solder Helper role supports the production team by assisting with basic soldering and assembly tasks in an electronics manufacturing environment. You will work closely with experienced technicians, prepare materials and workstations, and learn proper soldering techniques while helping to ensure products meet quality and safety standards. This position is ideal for someone who wants to start a career in manufacturing or electronics and is eager to learn, reliable, and attentive to detail.
