Job summary

Aerotek in Rochester, MN is seeking an assembly technician to assemble small electronic components in a clean, climate-controlled production environment. You will follow computer-based work orders, use hand and power tools, and support efficient, accurate assembly line operations.

This contract, onsite role offers a pay range of $18.00–$20.70 per hour and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and more.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or assembly setting.
• Detail-oriented with small electronic components.
• Reliability in following safety rules and PPE.

This role focuses on assembling small electronic components for a variety of manufactured units in a clean, climate-controlled production environment. You will follow computer-based work orders, use hand and power tools, and contribute to efficient and accurate assembly line operations.

Responsibilities

• Assemble small electronic parts and components according to detailed work orders and production specifications.
• Read and follow computer-based work orders accurately to ensure correct parts, tools, and assembly steps are used.
• Utilize a variety of hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during mechanical and electrical assembly tasks.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.70/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
