Job summary

Central Moloney, located in Pine Bluff, AR, is hiring General Production Team Members for multiple shifts. The role involves hands-on work across a range of production duties, following blueprints and instructions to ensure quality, and maintaining a safe, productive environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required — training provided.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and stand for extended periods.
• Open availability required — business hours and schedules may change based on production needs.
• Must be able to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical exam.

Responsibilities

• Perform various hands-on production duties including assembly, operating equipment, welding, or coil repair depending on assignment.
• Follow manufacturing instructions, blueprints, and diagrams to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Operate machinery safely and efficiently; perform basic maintenance and cleaning of work areas.
• Conduct visual and quality checks throughout production stages.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
• Follow all safety guidelines and PPE requirements to maintain a safe workplace.
• Support other departments as needed to ensure smooth workflow and teamwork.
• Additional assigned duties.
