Position Overview

We're hiring General Production Team Members to join our manufacturing operations in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands‑on work, take pride in producing quality products, and want to grow within a team that values accountability and respect. Candidates hired into this role will be considered for a range of positions based on skills, interests, and production needs — including Assembly Technicians (or as we call it in the industry - Leafers or Core Coil Assembly Techs), Machine Operators (Coil Winding), Coil Repair, Welding, Insulation Cutting, Power Low Voltage, and Semi‑Skilled roles. You'll work alongside experienced supervisors, learn new skills, and contribute directly to building products that keep the lights on across the country.

Shift Information

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM
• 3rd Shift - Monday - Friday, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• All new hires start on 2nd Shift unless discussed
• Overtime may be required, including early start times or later end times.

Physical & Environmental Requirements

• Lifting: Able to lift 50 pounds unassisted
• Environment: Work in a facility with loud noise, extreme temperatures, and environmental stressors
• Physical Activities: Sit, stand, walk, bend, climb, crouch, reach, and grasp as needed
• PPE: Wear required PPE, including eye and hearing protection, gloves, and safety toe footwear
• Dexterity and Vision: Manual dexterity and specific vision abilities (close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, etc.)
• Stamina: Stand for long shifts
• Skills: Effective communication, basic math skills, and teamwork
• Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and address hazards
