Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred but not required; training provided.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Open availability required; shifts may rotate.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on production duties including assembly, operating equipment, welding, or coil repair.
• Follow instructions, blueprints, and diagrams to ensure quality.
• Operate machinery safely and perform basic maintenance and cleaning.
• Conduct visual and quality checks throughout production.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet goals.
• Follow safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
• Support other departments to maintain workflow.
• Perform additional assigned duties.
