Job summary

General Mills recherche un opérateur de production général pour assurer une production sûre et efficace sur une ligne de fabrication à Green Bay (WI). Poste à plein temps, travail en 3e shift et 24/7 selon les besoins.

Vous effectuerez des tâches variées, aiderez à l'assainissement et suivrez des procédures qualité strictes tout en respectant les règles de sécurité et les EPI. Certification et expérience en production souhaitables.

Qualifications

• Compréhension de base de l'anglais ou de l'espagnol pour les instructions de sécurité et la communication d'équipe.
• Capacité physique à soulever jusqu'à 25 lb régulièrement et jusqu'à 50 lb occasionnellement, et à rester debout, marcher, grimper, se pencher, pousser, tirer et tourner sur de longues périodes.
• Confort de travail en hauteur (jusqu'à 3 m), autour de machines à grande vitesse et dans des conditions chaudes/fraîches et rapides.
• Capacité à suivre les règles de sécurité, d'hygiène et de présentation personnelle liées à l'industrie alimentaire.
• Disposer d'une aptitude à travailler sur site et à s'adapter à un environnement de production alimentaire.

Responsibilities

• Opérer efficacement sur une ligne de production rapide et effectuer diverses tâches (emballage, empilage, comptage, placement de boules de pâte sur les doseurs, alimentation de papiers, utilisation d'une scie à ruban, emballage et palettisation).
• Étiqueter correctement les boîtes et sacs et participer à des rotations de tâches équitables.
• Maintenir un environnement de travail sûr, organisé et propre en tout temps et prendre soin des équipements.
• Respecter les SOP et les GMP, porter les EPI et documenter les procédures selon les règles de l'entreprise.
• Former et accueillir les nouveaux employés et contribuer à un esprit d'équipe et à la flexibilité.
