Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited medical school and completion of residency/fellowship in area of specialty.
• MD or DO - licensed by state licensure board.
• Board Certified/Eligible in the area of specialty by the appropriate medical board.

Responsibilities

• Performs history and physical examination of all patients seen.
• Provide cost-effective, high-quality care based on best practice evidenced based medicine.
• Adhere to standardized orders and practice guidelines approved by medical staff.
• Communicate with referring physicians, patients and families.
• Participate in education of patients and their families.
• Coordinate patient care and make referrals to other professionals as needed.
