Job summary

St. Luke’s University Health Network is seeking a physician to deliver general medical services in both practice and hospital settings. The role includes performing exams, ordering tests, prescribing treatments, and coordinating patient care with a multi-disciplinary team.

Emphasis is placed on quality, cost-effective care and ongoing patient education. The successful candidate will have completed residency/fellowship, hold an MD or DO license in the state, and be eligible for board

Qualifications

• MD or DO licensed in the state of practice.
• Graduate from an accredited medical school.
• Residency and/or fellowship completed in specialty area.

Responsibilities

• Perform history and physical examination of patients.
• Provide cost-effective, high-quality care per guidelines.
• Coordinate patient care with other professionals and referrals.
• Educate patients and families on prevention and wellness.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to safety policies.
