Job summary

Arbor Pediatrics is seeking a Pediatrician to join our East Valley practices in the Phoenix, AZ area. This full-time role features a four-day workweek and a shared 1:6 Saturday morning rotation across our clinics in Mesa, Gilbert and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• ABP/ABMS board eligibility or certification in pediatrics within five years.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pediatric care in our East Valley clinics.
• Collaborate with a physician-led team to deliver high-quality care.
• Participate in the Saturday rotation as part of the group schedule.

Position Overview:

• 2027 Full-time position
• 4 days per week
• 1:6 Saturday mornings
• Practices in the EastValley, AZ (Mesa, Gilbert, Ironwood,etc.)
• Saturday rotation shared with the group

Education, Licensure & Certification:

• M.D. or D.O. degree required
• Successful completion of an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or American Osteopathic Association (AOA) approved post‑graduate residency, or equivalent in Pediatrics
• Current, Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Arizona
• Current, Unrestricted DEA license in the State ofArizona
• Board Eligible or Board Certification in Pediatrics within five years of completing training
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required
• Meets all requirements to obtain medical staff membership and privileges, if required
