Arbor Pediatrics in the West Valley of Arizona seeks a Pediatrician to join our network of clinics in Avondale and surrounding communities. This 2027 full-time position offers a 4-day workweek with a 1:6 Saturday morning rotation, across multiple West Valley locations.

Qualifications

• M.D. or D.O. degree required.
• ACGME/AOA approved pediatrics residency completed or equivalent.
• Current, unrestricted Arizona medical license.
• Current, unrestricted AZ DEA license.
• Board-eligible or board-certified in pediatrics within five years.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric care at Arbor Pediatrics clinics in the West Valley (Avondale, etc.).
• Fulfill a full-time schedule: 4 days per week with Saturday morning coverage on a rotating basis (1:6).
• Participate in clinic-wide initiatives and maintain high-quality patient care.
• Collaborate with the group on evidence-based pediatric practices.

Position Overview:

• 2027 Full-time position
• 4 days per week
• 1:6 Saturday mornings
• Practices in the West Valley, AZ (Avondale, Laveen, Litchfield Park, Goodyear, Glendale, etc.)
• Saturday rotation shared with the group

Education, Licensure & Certification:

• M.D. or D.O. degree required
• Successful completion of an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or American Osteopathic Association (AOA) approved post-graduate residency, or equivalent in Pediatrics
• Current, Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Arizona
• Current, Unrestricted DEA license in the State ofArizona
• Board Eligible or Board Certification in Pediatrics within five years of completing training
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required
• Meets all requirements to obtain medical staff membership and privileges, if required
