Arbor Pediatrics in the West Valley of Arizona is seeking a Pediatrician for a full-time position. The role includes working four days per week across multiple locations (Avondale, Laveen, Litchfield Park, Goodyear, Glendale) with a shared Saturday rotation in the group.

Residents in 2027 can participate in the stipend program, earning up to $2,000 monthly during residency. Benefits include day-one medical/dental/vision, life insurance, 401(k) with matching, PTO, holidays, malpractice coverage,

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required
• ACGME or AOA pediatric residency completed or equivalent
• Arizona medical license (unrestricted)
• Arizona DEA license (unrestricted)
• Board eligible or board-certified in pediatrics within five years of completing training
• BLS certification required
• Meets all requirements to obtain medical staff membership and privileges

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pediatric care to patients in our West Valley practices
• Collaborate with multiple West Valley locations (Avondale, Laveen, Litchfield Park, Goodyear, Glendale) for patient care
• Participate in 1:6 Saturday morning rotation with the group
• Maintain licensure, board certification, and ongoing professional development

Position Overview:

• 2027 Full-time position
• 4 days per week
• 1:6 Saturday mornings
• Practices in the West Valley, AZ (Avondale, Laveen, Litchfield Park, Goodyear, Glendale, etc.)
• Saturday rotation shared with the group

Education, Licensure & Certification:

• M.D. or D.O. degree required
• Successful completion of an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or American Osteopathic Association (AOA) approved post-graduate residency, or equivalent in Pediatrics
• Current, Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Arizona
• Current, Unrestricted DEA license in the State ofArizona
• Board Eligible or Board Certification in Pediatrics within five years of completing training
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required
• Meets all requirements to obtain medical staff membership and privileges, if required
