Job summary

PolyMod Technologies, Inc. in Fort Wayne, IN seeks a General Operator to support day-to-day production, maintain quality, and follow safety procedures. You will work in a climate-controlled facility and contribute to a reliable, team-driven operation.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, able to follow written and verbal instructions, and prepared for hands-on tasks with a consistent Mon–Fri schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Training provided to build technical skills and safety awareness.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in production or manufacturing is helpful but not required.
• Able to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Willingness to learn new processes and adapt to changing priorities.

• Inspect materials, products, or equipment for quality, accuracy, and safe operation

• Report equipment issues, quality concerns, or safety hazards promptly
• Assist with loading, unloading, sorting, packing, or moving materials
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations
