Job summary

Joseph Michaels International is seeking a full-time General Obstetrician-Gynecologist in Fulton, Maryland to join a well-established, physician-led practice. This role offers a comprehensive compensation package, including base salary plus bonuses, and a supportive team focused on women’s health.

You will provide obstetric and gynecologic care across the full scope, manage prenatal to postpartum patients, participate in call duties, and collaborate with physicians and APPs in a patient-centered

Qualifications

• MD or DO with completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency program.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in OB/GYN.
• Maryland medical licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care across the full scope of practice.
• Manage prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and gynecologic patients.
• Perform routine and complex OB/GYN procedures as indicated.
• Participate in shared call responsibilities (call split equally among physicians).
• Collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record.
• Deliver culturally competent, patient-centered care.

Compensation: $300K per year + $30K SOB + $30K yearly productivity bonus and $30K retention bonus after 1 year. (Total compensation can be up to $400k per year)

Job Type: Full-time, in-person; combination of clinic, call, and administrative responsibilities (new graduates welcome)
