Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a General OB/GYN in Fulton, MD for a full-time, in-person role at a physician-led practice. The position offers a competitive compensation package with base salary and performance bonuses.

You will provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care, manage prenatal through postpartum care, and participate in shared call duties. Maryland licensure and board certification are required or pending for eligibility.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency program
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in OB/GYN; Maryland licensure
• New graduates welcome; strong clinical judgment and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care across the full scope of practice
• Manage prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and gynecologic patients
• Perform routine and complex OB/GYN procedures as indicated
• Participate in shared call responsibilities (call split equally among physicians)
• Collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record
• Deliver culturally competent, patient-centered care

Compensation: $300K per year + $30K SOB + $30K yearly productivity bonus and $30K retention bonus after 1 year. (Total compensation can be up to $400k per year)

Job Type: Full-time, in-person; combination of clinic, call, and administrative responsibilities (new graduates welcome)
