The compensation includes $300,000 base plus a $30,000 sign‑on, $30,000 annual productivity bonus, and a $30,000 retention bonus after year one, with total compensation potential up to $400,000 per year. Relocation and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency program.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in OB/GYN.
• Maryland medical licensure or eligibility.
• New graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care across the full scope of practice.
• Manage prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and gynecologic patients.
• Perform routine and complex OB/GYN procedures as indicated.
• Participate in shared call responsibilities with equal split among physicians.
• Collaborate with clinicians and staff and document in EHR.
• Deliver patient-centered, culturally competent care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care across the full scope of practice
• Manage prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and gynecologic patients
• Perform routine and complex OB/GYN procedures as indicated
• Participate in shared call responsibilities (call split equally among physicians)
• Collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record
• Deliver culturally competent, patient-centered care
