Acloché LLC is seeking a full-time General OB/GYN in Fulton, Maryland, to provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care in a collaborative, physician-led practice. The role includes clinic duties, patient calls, and administrative responsibilities, with new graduates welcome to apply.

Compensation is competitive: $300K base plus $30K SOB, $30K yearly productivity bonus, and a $30K retention bonus after 1 year, total potential up to $400K per year.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency program.
• Board eligibility or board certification in OB/GYN.
• Maryland medical licensure.
• New graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care across the full scope of practice.
• Manage prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and gynecologic patients.
• Perform routine and complex OB/GYN procedures as indicated.
• Participate in shared call responsibilities (call split equally among physicians).
• Collaborate closely with physicians, APPs, and clinical staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR.
• Deliver culturally competent, patient-centered care.
