Ashton North LLC is seeking a full-time General Obstetrician-Gynecologist (OB/GYN) to join a physician-led practice in Fulton, Maryland. The role offers a competitive compensation package with annual base pay, bonuses, and a strong emphasis on patient-centered care.

The position involves a mix of clinic duties, call responsibilities, and administrative tasks in a collaborative environment. New graduates are welcome to apply and will be supported through ongoing professional development.

Formación

• MD or DO with OB/GYN residency program completed.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in OB/GYN.
• Maryland medical licensure.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care across the full scope of practice.
• Manage prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and gynecologic patients.
• Perform routine and complex OB/GYN procedures as indicated.
• Participate in shared call responsibilities (call split equally among physicians).
• Collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record.
• Deliver culturally competent, patient-centered care.

Compensation: $300K per year + $30K SOB + $30K yearly productivity bonus and $30K retention bonus after 1 year. (Total compensation can be up to $400k per year)

Job Type: Full-time, in-person; combination of clinic, call, and administrative responsibilities (new graduates welcome)
