Talent With Heart is seeking a General Obstetrician-Gynecologist (OB/GYN) in Fulton, Maryland for a full-time, in-person role. The position offers a competitive compensation package with a base salary of up to $300K plus $30K SOB, $30K productivity bonus, and $30K retention bonus after 1 year, potentially reaching $400K total per year.

You will handle clinic, call, and administrative duties while delivering comprehensive women’s health services.

Qualifications

• Must have MD/DO and OB/GYN residency completion.
• Maryland medical licensure.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in OB/GYN.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care across the full scope of practice.
• Manage prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and gynecologic patients.
• Perform routine and complex OB/GYN procedures as indicated.
• Participate in shared call responsibilities (call split equally among physicians).
• Collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record.
• Deliver culturally competent, patient-centered care.
