Food Management Search, Inc. is assisting a well-established physician-led practice in Fulton, Maryland, to recruit a General OB/GYN for a full-time, in-person position.

The role encompasses obstetric and gynecologic care with shared call responsibilities and a total compensation package up to $400k per year, including base salary, bonuses, and a 3-year partner track. Comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and CME reimbursement are provided.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency program.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in OB/GYN.
• Maryland medical licensure.
• New graduates welcome.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care across the full scope of practice
• Manage prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and gynecologic patients
• Perform routine and complex OB/GYN procedures as indicated
• Participate in shared call responsibilities (call split equally among physicians)
• Collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record
• Deliver culturally competent, patient-centered care

Compensation: $300K per year + $30K SOB + $30K yearly productivity bonus and $30K retention bonus after 1 year. (Total compensation can be up to $400k per year)
