Job summary

Client Growth Resources, Inc. seeks a full-time General OB/GYN in Fulton, MD for a clinic, call, and admin role. Excellent compensation includes a base salary plus bonuses with total compensation up to $400k per year.

This in-person position covers obstetric and gynecologic care, with a collaborative, physician-led team focused on women’s health in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency program.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in OB/GYN.
• Maryland medical licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care across the full scope of practice.
• Manage prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and gynecologic patients.
• Perform routine and complex OB/GYN procedures as indicated.
• Share call responsibilities (split evenly among physicians).
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and clinical staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR.
• Deliver culturally competent, patient-centered care.

Compensation: $300K per year + $30K SOB + $30K yearly productivity bonus and $30K retention bonus after 1 year. (Total compensation can be up to $400k per year)

Job Type: Full-time, in-person; combination of clinic, call, and administrative responsibilities (new graduates welcome)

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in shared call responsibilities (call split equally among physicians)
• Collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record
• Deliver culturally competent, patient-centered care
