Essenti Talent seeks a full-time General OB/GYN to join a well-established, physician-led practice in Fulton, Maryland. The role blends clinic, call, and administrative duties and welcomes new graduates.

You will deliver comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care, manage prenatal to postpartum care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and maintain accurate documentation in the EHR.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency program.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in OB/GYN.
• Maryland medical licensure.
• New graduates welcome.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and collaborative mindset.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care across the full scope of practice.
• Manage prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and gynecologic patients.
• Perform routine and complex OB/GYN procedures as indicated.
• Participate in shared call responsibilities (call split equally among physicians).
• Collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record.
• Deliver culturally competent, patient-centered care.

Compensation: $300K per year + $30K SOB + $30K yearly productivity bonus and $30K retention bonus after 1 year. (Total compensation can be up to $400k per year)

Job Type: Full-time, in-person; combination of clinic, call, and administrative responsibilities (new graduates welcome)
