Connectly Recruiting is seeking a General Obstetrician-Gynecologist (OB/GYN) to join a physician-led practice in Fulton, Maryland. The role is full-time and in-person, combining clinic, call, and administrative duties with new graduates welcome.

The compensation package includes a $300K annual base salary plus $30K SOB, $30K yearly productivity bonus, and $30K retention bonus after 1 year, with a total potential of up to $400K per year. A 3-year partner track and robust benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree with completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency program.
• Board eligibility or board certification in OB/GYN.
• Maryland medical licensure.
• Open to new graduates.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and collaborative mindset.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care across the full scope of practice.
• Manage prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and gynecologic patients.
• Perform routine and complex OB/GYN procedures as indicated.
• Participate in shared call responsibilities (call split equally among physicians).
• Collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record.
• Deliver culturally competent, patient-centered care.
