• Train and coach hourly team members to ensure standards and performance.
• Schedule and assign tasks to meet daily/weekly workload and sales goals.
• Monitor operations, pricing, signing, replenishment, and merchandising accuracy.
• Lead safe, compliant store operations and uphold company policies.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement process improvements.
