Job summary

Target in Flint, MI is seeking an Executive Team Leader General Merchandise to lead guest experience and store operations. You will supervise merchandising, pricing, signing, and backroom activities while driving sales goals and ensuring department readiness.

You will recruit, coach, and develop hourly team members and TLs, set priorities, and analyze area metrics to improve performance. A 4-year degree or equivalent experience is preferred; strong communication and business acumen are essential.
