Stater Bros. Markets, Inc. is looking for a General Merchandise Clerk to deliver G.O.A.T.

service across front-end, grocery, ecommerce, and produce areas in our Orange, CA location. The GMC will stock shelves, assist customers, bag groceries, and help prepare displays and floral products. This role requires a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and adherence to safety protocols and the collective bargaining agreement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks and responsibilities.
• Friendly, helpful attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction and service at all times.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds for 4–8 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, helpful service while maintaining a professional demeanor and enhancing the customer’s shopping experience (G.O.A.T).
• Assist with customer questions, locating products, and communicating issues to store management.
• Bag groceries carefully and help load groceries to vehicles.
• Ensure shopping carts are gathered and organized at store entrances.
