Job summary

Target is seeking a General Merchandise & Food Sales Executive Team Leader to drive store sales and lead a dynamic GM and Food service team. You will manage inventory, pricing, promotions, and signing while coaching hourly team members to achieve goals.

You will build a guest-driven culture with emphasis on food safety, quality, and operational excellence across the GM areas and food service where applicable.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong business acumen.
• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
• Ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks independently.

Responsibilities

• Drive total store sales and contribute to profitability across GM/Food areas.
• Manage inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, presentation, pricing and signing for GM areas.
• Lead and coach a team of hourly associates and leaders to achieve goals.
• Ensure product is in stock, freshly prepared, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor with minimal guest disruption.
• Deliver a guest-obsessed culture and safe, compliant store operations.
