Job summary

Target is seeking a General Merchandise Expert to create an easy, inspiring guest experience and support store operations. You will help guests find products, resolve issues, and assist peers while maintaining a friendly attitude.

Training is provided to learn procedures, stocking, pricing, and guest services, with shifts that may include nights and weekends. The role emphasizes guest interaction, hands-on merchandising, and safe, efficient handling of merchandise as part of a supportive GM

Qualifications

• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
