• Capable of remaining focused in a fast-paced environment and completing multiple tasks

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments
• Greet guests and assist with finding items or resolving issues
• Help guests find what they need and/or resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you
• Support team efforts and assist peers while maintaining a positive attitude
• Execute daily tasks such as stocking, merchandise setup, pricing and signage
• Operate power equipment if certified and required
• Follow safety policies and store procedures
• Assist with guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes
