As a GM Expert, you will greet guests, assist with finding products, and handle daily tasks to meet sales goals, while adhering to safety policies and store procedures. Training will develop skills in operation and guest service.

Qualifications

• Guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest-first culture across the store.
• Experience in retail business fundamentals, including inventory replenishment and process efficiency.
• Ability to execute daily/weekly workload to support priorities and sales goals.

Responsabilités

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by greeting guests and assisting them.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• Restock shelves, organize the backroom, and ensure merchandise is properly priced and signed.
