Qualifications

• Guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest-first culture across the store.
• Experience in retail business fundamentals, including department sales trends, inventory replenishment, and process efficiency and improvement.
• Executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.

Responsabilités

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments: greet guests, assist with finding items, resolve issues, and thank guests.
• Assist peers and support team tasks to meet business priorities, including restocking, pricing, and signage.
• Operate power equipment if certified and follow safety procedures to maintain a compliant workplace.
