Target is looking for a General Merchandise Expert to help guests have a smooth, enjoyable shopping experience in our General Merchandise area. You will greet guests, assist with finding products, and support daily store operations to keep shelves stocked and pricing up-to-date.

This role requires a friendly attitude, strong teamwork, and the ability to work a flexible schedule. Training will be provided to learn operating procedures and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments.
Greet guests at various points in the store and assist them.

Support teammates and adapt to business needs while maintaining a positive attitude.
Perform daily tasks like receiving products, restocking, and signage for GM areas.
Operate power equipment if certified and follow safety procedures.
Follow store policies and ensure a safe workplace.
