Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to solve their needs and thank them for shopping Target.
• Execute tasks such as receiving products, stocking shelves, organizing backroom, and setting up promotional signs for GM areas.
• Operate power equipment if certified and adjust prices as directed by leadership.
• Learn procedures that affect inventory accuracy, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about resources, products, and services to help guests and improve their experience.
