Qualifications

• Guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest-first culture across the store
• Experience in retail business fundamentals,includingdepartment sales trends, inventoryreplenishment, and process efficiency and improvement
• Executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments
• Help guests find what they need and/or resolve issues to ensure a smooth, easy shopping experience
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you
• Receive products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, merchandise set up and maintenance, pricing activities, and putting up promotional signs for GM areas
• Follow all Target policies and safety procedures, adhere to role-specific guidelines and help maintain a safe, compliant workplace by reporting hazards
