Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs.
• Thank guests and highlight appreciation for shopping at Target.
• Execute daily tasks including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing backroom, and setting up merchandise signs.
• If certified, operate power equipment to move merchandise or store fixtures.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and adjust prices as directed.
• Learn store operations affecting inventory, profitability, and product availability.
• Know resources and services to assist guests and improve their experience.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
• Work safely and support digital fulfillment processes as needed.
