Target is seeking a General Merchandise expert to support a guest-first shopping experience in our store. You will greet guests, help them locate items, resolve issues, and ensure shelves are stocked and correctly signed.

You’ll work with your team to meet daily goals and maintain a welcoming environment. Ideal candidates enjoy helping others, adapt to a dynamic retail floor, and are comfortable with varying shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest-first culture across the store.
• Experience in retail business fundamentals, including department sales trends and inventory replenishment.
• Ability to execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by greeting guests and assisting them.
