Job summary

Target is looking for a General Merchandise Expert in a fast-paced retail environment. You will create an easy and inspiring guest experience, greet guests, assist with finding products, and support team goals through efficient replenishment, pricing and signage.

You will also handle daily tasks to maintain shelves and backroom readiness. Ideal candidates bring a welcoming attitude, strong communication across devices, and the ability to work both independently and with others in a physically

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments.
Greet guests at various zones and assist with finding items or resolving issues.
Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
End every guest interaction with a sincere thank you.
Support teammates and assist in other areas as needed.
Perform daily tasks like receiving products, restocking, backroom organization, pricing, and signage.
