General Mechanic

LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking entry-level general mechanics for slide and raft repair in College Park, GA.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Focus on slides & rafts.
2. Be detail-oriented and flexible.
3. Assist in various areas such as cementing, shipping, testing, etc., in addition to packing units.
4. Proficient in tape measure use and able to lift 75-100 lbs.
5. Read drawings and understand manuals, standard practices, and work instructions.
6. Rig units by attaching parts like aspirator, cylinder, lines, anchor, locator lights, and batteries.
7. Tie knots in specific manners.
8. Apply soapstones to prevent sticking.
9. Deflate units for folding.
10. Follow standard procedures for folding units using diagrams and written instructions.
11. Perform physical tasks such as pushing, pulling, tugging, bending, kneeling, and stooping during folding.

Qualifications and Requirements:
