We are seeking a full-time General Mechanic/HVAC and Refrigeration technician to maintain and repair our facilities, focusing on HVAC and refrigeration systems. Responsibilities include:

1. Maintaining building functions, appearance, and safety.
2. Performing light carpentry, painting, staining, and cleaning.
