Cafe Zupas in Utah is seeking a General Manager (Operating Partner) to lead daily restaurant operations while enjoying a yearly European trip for two and a no-Sundays schedule. The role offers a $70k-$125k salary with a $25k average bonus plan and a 401(k) program.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry.
• Available to work a five day set schedule.
• Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring a team.

Responsabilités

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
• Develop team members by providing direction and feedback
• Implement unique Café Zupas behaviors that lead to a successful restaurant
• Cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team
• Form authentic relationships with guests
• Coordinate the team to run happy and well-organized shifts
