Cafe Zupas is seeking a General Manager to lead day-to-day restaurant operations in Draper, Utah. This role includes a yearly European incentive trip for two, no Sundays, and a strong bonus plan with a $25k average bonus plus 401(k).

You will develop the team, embody Café Zupas behaviors for success, build authentic guest relationships, and manage shifts while collaborating with district mentors. A 2-5 year leadership background is preferred with a growth-minded, energetic attitude.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry.
• Available to work a five day set schedule.
• Strong leadership skills with mentoring experience.
• Detail-oriented, growth-minded, and a self-starter.
• Enthusiastic, positive, and driven.
• Enjoys a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptable to new processes and systems.

Responsibilities
