Job summary

Cafe Zupas in Utah is seeking a General Manager (Operating Partner) offering a yearly European trip for two, no Sundays, early mornings or late nights, and a $25k average bonus plan with 401K. Salary range $70k-$125k per year.

You will oversee daily restaurant operations, develop the team, implement Café Zupas behaviors, build a positive culture, and coordinate shifts with District Mentors. Growth-minded, fast-paced environment with real food and guest focus.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry
• Available to work a five day set schedule
• Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring a team
• Detail-oriented, growth minded, and a self-starter
• Enthusiastic, positive, and driven
• Enjoys a fast-paced environment
• Adaptable to new processes and systems

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
• Develop team members by providing direction and feedback

• Form authentic relationships with guests
• Coordinate the team to run happy and well-organized shifts
