Cafe Zupas is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, mentor staff, and uphold Café Zupas standards. The role emphasizes a five-day set schedule, strong leadership, and a focus on team culture within a fast-paced environment.

The position offers a yearly salary range with a substantial bonus plan, a yearly European incentive trip for two, and a comprehensive benefits package including 401K and PTO. Sundays are off and local travel may be required.

• 2-5 years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry.
• Available to work a five day set schedule.
• Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring a team.
• Detail-oriented, growth minded, and a self-starter.

• Adaptable to new processes and systems.

Responsabilités

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
